I’m really obsessively knitting this at the moment. It’s really simple, quick to knit and there is no sense of “impending project” guilt if I don’t knit a puff every day.
Yes, my Nouveau Capelet swatch is stalled, but I really need more ‘alone concentrate-y day time knitting’ time.
So alongside my Hexapuffs and Half Hexies, I’ve started to adorn some of my puffs.
I figure I’m kind of creating a woodland type theme (there may be one or two geekazoidal puffs in amongst the mix if you can spot them), so some flowers would be pretty. They’re little crocheted daisies and a crocheted leaf. Sewn on with their own tail.
I envisage more than two on my quilt.
I have been asked for the pattern, and I’m no good and drawing crochet charts, so written will have to do.
I have made mine with 4ply (fingering weight) yarn and a 2.25mm (size 2) hook.
